Asheville Hiking Therapy
Walk and Talk Therapy | Hiking Therapy
Hiking Therapy provides a neutral space for healing. By taking therapy outside, we will utilize nature and physical movement to enhance the healing experience. Instead of meeting in the office or online, we meet at a local trail for 50-minutes for a walk & talk session together.
A trauma-focused, integrative, and eco-therapeutic approach to help you heal.
Hiking Therapy offers a unique approach to engaging in the therapeutic process. Through walking together outdoors, a strong bond is formed between the therapist and client, fostering a sense of deep connection and trust. Clients often express feeling more relaxed, open, and at ease while exploring nature side by side. Unlike traditional face-to-face sessions in an office setting that may heighten anxiety, meeting in a neutral and beautiful environment brings a calming serenity to the therapy experience.
I am committed to guiding you as you embark on a journey of self-discovery, connection with nature, and community engagement. Rain or shine, we will embrace the elements, honing our ability to adapt to the world around us. Our sessions are held in utmost confidentiality, and together we will work through any challenges that arise, ensuring a supportive and safe space for your growth and healing.
