As a mental health counselor and health coach, I bring a unique blend of experience and empathy to every session. Being a certified lifestyle coach and health education specialist allows me to offer comprehensive support beyond traditional therapy or coaching. We will delve into the essential aspects of your lifestyle, including nourishment, movement, and stress management, to enhance your overall mental and physical resilience.

I understand the vital role mental health plays in overall physical well-being. Most times, mental health is often overlooked in the realm of health and wellness, hindering our ability to maintain self-care routines and honor what we truly value. Alternatively, nourishment and movement are also left out of the conversation in mental health treatment. By supporting your physical and mental health simultaneously, healing can feel transformative.

I always strive to create a safe space for open discussions, free from judgment. My background in both physical and mental health can allow for healing while working towards big goals. Let’s get started with understanding your relationship with your body and mind, creating effective routines that you can stick with, learning new behavioral skills, and accepting unwavering support and accountability.

Coaching Services:

  • We will teach you how to create a nutrition plan, exercise routine, and stress management techniques to get your A1C to the healthiest place possible. Each plan is tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle. We offer support and accountability with 1:1 sessions weekly or biweekly. Kailani is a certified lifestyle coach and diabetes paraprofessional level 2 through the CDC.

  • Using embodiment and somatic-focused techniques, I will help you connect with and understand your unique body. We will dive deeper into your understanding of body positivity, body acceptance, nourishment, and embodiment and create goals for what you would like to experience in your body.

  • I will help you create a nourishment plan to help you with your mental and physical health goals. As an Integrative Mental Health Practitioner I am trained to help you optimize your nutrition and movement to help your mental health struggles.

  • I will help you find what movement helps you feel the best and how to stick with it (finally!).
